Your Registration : the suppliers fill out the introduction form for their companies, listing technical and commercial abilities. The contractors fill out the introduction form, listing their needs and areas of research. |

Technical catalogue : available on the internet two to three weeks before the convention, it contains the introduction forms of contractors and suppliers as well as the schedule of solution workshops and conferences. A copy is given to you upon your arrival to the convention. |

Your choice of meetings : you browse the technical catalogue and select the companies with which you wish to meet as well as the workshops and conferences you would like to attend. |

|
Validation : we submit to the contractors for validation the list of suppliers requesting to meet with them. |

Schedule of meetings : a few days before the convention you receive your schedule of pre-planned meetings ,– thematic workshops included. |
